ForgeTax charges a fearless strike on the tenth forge.
PREVIEW · Official Steam listing · Not played · Sources checked Oct 9, 2026. Our method.

ForgeTax heats a blade and then dares the next hit. The listing says a successful strike pushes the sword’s value higher, and a bad one turns it to scrap. Forge the same sword 10 times and Frenzy charges. The next hit is a brief window in which you hammer without fear of shattering.
That window spends the fear. It does not spend the bill. A relic machine takes swords. Every blade you feed it is one you cannot lay on the counter for the dragon that owns the forge. Ring the bell if the tribute is met, and the page says you earn another round at the anvil. Fall short, and something beyond the bars begins to lose patience.

Keep swinging for the tenth hit, or stop and pay. The listing gives you the count and the customer. It does not print the tribute’s number.

Store page rechecked October 9. The ten-forge Frenzy, the shatter, the relic machine and the dragon's tribute are the listing's sentences. The screenshot shows the bell and the eye behind the bars. It does not show a hammer strike, a shatter, or a tribute amount. No player reviews were used. The Mixed label in the sidebar is the October 9 all-language, all-purchase review snapshot, not a verdict.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
