Lazy Kickers grows the balls before the team can score with them
PREVIEW · Official Steam listing · Not played · Sources checked Oct 9, 2026. Our method.

The ball supply is something you grow in Lazy Kickers. The developer says plants produce the balls, goals produce coins, and those coins hire players or improve equipment and abilities. The team’s scoring begins with a small production chain.
Roles then shape the team’s work, although the page gives no named role effect or planting interval. More players and more available balls should therefore not be assigned an invented optimal ratio. The concrete relationship is that the scoring object has to come from the growing activity.
Rival progression uses another measure. The developer says surpassing another team’s net worth awards Match Points for powerful upgrades. That makes economic growth a stated condition for moving past a rival, rather than letting a reader assume a conventional match score decides the league.
The rivals also send units and place obstacles to interfere with the field. Their exact effects are not specified, but they put disruption beside the otherwise advertised option to let the team run in the background.
The useful attraction is the unusual supply question behind the goal. A scoring squad needs balls, and these balls come from plants. Follow that loop before counting the players, then check what overtaking the next rival’s net worth adds to the team.
Sources & context
The official text gives the resource links but no plant timing, Match Point formula or role effects. Surpassing net worth is the advertised rival threshold, not proof of a particular football match result; background running does not establish offline gains.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
