Meeple Incremental offers a reset without making it the price of finishing the achievement list. Its release announcement says prestige becomes available after purchasing every meeple, then explicitly says it is not required for 100% achievements.

The distinction gives two kinds of completion room to coexist. The board-game loop moves meeples with dice to collect money, skill points and capsule tickets, then adds automatic rolling and minigames. Buying the complete meeple roster can lead into another progression cycle without every achievement hunter being obliged to take it.

Prestige still has stated rewards. The developer names new meeples and increased skill points from passing Start among its upgrades. That makes revisiting the board a proposal to change the next run, rather than merely watching an emptied counter climb again. The announcement does not enumerate everything a reset removes, so that cost needs checking at the decision itself.

Minigames have their own skill trees and money-bought speed upgrades, according to the same release account. Continuing therefore means considering which parts of this collection of earners you want to develop further. The useful stopping question is whether those altered systems interest you. The achievement list is advertised as allowing an answer of “enough” before prestige begins.

Sources & context

The release announcement distinguishes full-game prestige from achievement requirements. Neither completion time nor the amount of progress lost in a reset was tested or established.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
