Pixel Drop makes a matching gate’s remaining capacity part of the puzzle

Pixel Drop: The Gates makes a matching color only part of the answer. Its official description gives every gate a fixed capacity and asks you to watch its number before dropping pixels into the central hole. A gate must have room as well as the right color.
Access adds another condition: pixels can lock one another in place, so freeing the right one first changes what you can move next. That supports comparing available moves with the remaining gate capacities. It does not establish an actual board solution or prove that the visually nearest pixel is always the right one to release.
The developer also advertises a clock. Planning therefore belongs to a timed puzzle, even though the listing’s language emphasizes a satisfying clear. No time allowance is established here, so there is no supported claim about how forgiving the limit feels.
Look closer if you enjoy sorting puzzles where a destination can be correct and still temporarily unusable. Before releasing the next pixel, ask two questions: which gate can receive it, and what does freeing it make accessible?

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
