A card in Tokyo Valkyries is also an instruction about who acts. The developer says party members take action when a card matching their attribute is played. Resolve, Courage, Hope and Dawn connect the deck to its characters.

Removing a Cursed Sword changes one of those connections. A selected member gains an additional attribute and becomes eligible to lead the party, with leaders receiving a special skill. The reward therefore belongs to party composition as well as to the list of cards collected on the way.

Those are two things to consider together: which character gains another matching attribute, and which leader skill the party can then use. The description gives no worked card sequence or skill values, so it cannot rank those benefits or establish a universally strongest choice.

A positive Japanese recommendation posted October 4, with 1,311 minutes at review, praises the character and attribute combinations but says they tended to align attributes and keep the same leader because the special skills were strongly specialized. That is a reported preference, not a solved best composition. It qualifies the apparent freedom: adding another connection does not establish that every arrangement feels equally useful.

Enemy intentions are displayed during the turn. The deck and party still have to answer an immediate offensive or defensive problem; a broader attribute connection is useful only in the context of the actions you can take. The interesting preparation question is not simply whether a new card looks strong, but who its attribute lets you bring into that response.

Sources & context

Sexualized adult presentation. Attribute activation, additional attributes and leader eligibility are developer descriptions; no named card effect, damage calculation or universal best leader is established. Selected recent accounts were read in full for a specific qualification; recommendations, dates and minutes are retained in the claim record. Build and patch correspondence remain unknown, and the sample cannot measure prevalence.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
