Passing the objective is a physical action in Unicycle Together. The official description puts two to four sausage riders on unicycles and asks them to bring a bomb to the summit before it explodes. They can toss it between riders, but dropping it is another advertised route to an explosion.

A handoff therefore combines two problems. One rider has to release the bomb while the other is in a position to receive it, and both are balancing on a single wheel. The source supplies no catch radius or fuse duration, so it cannot support a specific safe passing distance. It establishes why simply announcing a pass does not complete the transfer.

The countdown and the balance requirement pull attention in different directions. Reaching the top before the explosion gives the group a reason to keep moving; avoiding a fall gives it a reason to consider each movement. That is an interpretation of the stated objective, not a measured account of the physics or an invented disastrous session.

The useful co-op question is how to coordinate the object, not only the riders. Another player can carry the responsibility for a while, but the bomb still has to survive the exchange. If that sounds appealing, investigate the handoff itself: can your group make a shared plan work while each person is also trying to stay upright?

Sources & context

The listing establishes the summit objective, balance and bomb tossing, but not fuse duration, checkpoint rules, collision tolerances or whether a teammate can always recover a dropped bomb.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
