Choosing a world in Vanya Online selects more than a place on a list. The Steam description distinguishes player-combat and Non-PvP worlds. The developer’s site adds that markets and rankings are separate by world. The same choice shapes which trading community surrounds the character.

The store gives Noctra and Drakmor as examples; the site also lists other worlds. The useful rule is the separation, not an assumption that the original two names exhaust the available choices. Non-PvP excludes player combat according to the developer; it does not mean the game has no monsters or other challenges.

Hunting, training and trading are described as ways to develop the character over time. A separate market can make the world relevant to that development, but neither source establishes current liquidity, prices or which community is more active. The displayed population figures should not substitute for measured trading conditions, and no transfer policy was verified.

The selection question is consequently about the surrounding rules. Decide whether player attacks belong in the experience you want, then recognize that the market and ranking are also tied to the world. A long-running idle character grows within that choice; the advertised absence of a level cap does not make its community interchangeable.

Sources & context

The developer site lists more worlds than the store’s two examples. World populations, prices and activity were not verified as measurements; transfer rules and cross-world account sharing remain unspecified. No level-cap or reset promise is treated as proof of indefinite future service.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
