The next dungeon in Artesnaut can require opening the story, not only sending the party out again. The developer says dungeon progress reveals pages, and reading those pages unlocks further dungeons. Text is advertised as part of the progression connection.

That is a useful boundary inside an idle RPG. Exploration and battles run automatically, with characters returning after a set time. The player can watch or check results later, but automation of the expedition does not establish automatic completion of the reading step.

Preparation also makes words mechanical. Character epithets combine an adjective and a noun to give stat bonuses; the developer supplies examples such as Blazing and Alchemist without assigning their exact bonuses here. The build’s text and the story’s text serve different purposes, even though both sit around automatic combat.

The Steam version specifies free Auto Repeat with a base limit of thirty runs and optional purchases that can extend it. That is a stated platform-specific limit, not permission to transfer a mobile edition’s purchase rules or assume unlimited unattended runs.

If the narrative is part of why you want an idle RPG, inspect this loop. Expeditions supply the next page, and the page supplies the next expedition option. Returning to the story is advertised as a way forward rather than a pause you take only after the real progress is finished.

A positive English recommendation posted September 28, with 1,109 minutes at review, describes a different demand on attention: the writer found the equipment so complicated that they could no longer tell what to use. They thought other players might enjoy it, but did not want to spend the energy themselves. That is a qualification from someone recommending the game, not a measured difficulty curve. Automatic expeditions can still leave substantial work in deciding what the party should carry.

Sources & context

The Steam-specific Auto Repeat base limit is a developer statement, not a tested purchase entitlement. Story gates, completion checks and adjective/noun stat assignments were not independently verified. The promotional 93% story approval claim is not adopted without its survey dataset. One english positive report posted September 28, at 1109 minutes, was read in full and selected for the central preparation question. Build and patch correspondence remain unknown.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
