The finish line is another thing you place in Cozy Marbles. The official description lets you divide a track with checkpoints and put multiple start and finish lines where you choose. Designing the construction includes deciding what counts as its race.

That is a different choice from selecting the next ramp. Boosters, cannons and anti-gravity fields supply ways to move through the build; xylophone blocks make music as part of the course. A start and finish establish which journey through those pieces you want to compare. The developer also advertises laps, but does not explain how multiple line sets interact or how timing resolves.

Courses can be exported and imported, so a shared build carries a design for other players to try rather than only a picture of the arrangement. The useful attraction is the room to redefine the run: a construction can be something to watch, a race to stage, or a route to revise after seeing where its marbles actually go. Placing the finish is part of that authorship.

Sources & context

The official description supports checkpoints, multiple starts/finishes and laps without detailing their interaction, timing rules or collision behavior. Advertised large marble counts are not performance evidence.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
