ANSWER / ADVANCE
Galumb
Galumb can close the path when you answer its question incorrectly
PREVIEW · Official Steam listing · Not played · Sources checked Oct 9, 2026. Our method.

A shove is not the only way to lose a route in Galumb. The official description says some course sections present maths or general-knowledge questions. Answer incorrectly and your path closes off. Getting ahead includes recognizing when the obstacle is asking for information rather than movement.
That places a knowledge check inside a race whose other advertised actions include punches, kicks and pushes. The player has to notice which kind of problem currently controls progress. The source does not give an actual question or say whether the check has a timer, so it cannot support a claim that fast guessing or waiting is the best response.
The path closure is the consequential detail. It makes the answer relevant to traversing the course, rather than a detached quiz awarded a separate score. How to reopen that route, retry or find another way is not specified in the description; the severity of one wrong answer remains something to inspect.
Galumb also advertises solo record attempts alongside multiplayer races, without establishing that every mode uses identical questions. If that mixture interests you, look for how clearly it signals the change from physical hazard to answer-gated passage. Being ready to jump is useful, but it is not always the action that opens the next section.
Sources & context
The official description states wrong-answer path closure but not an actual question, answer timer, reopening condition or retry penalty. No educational accuracy or difficulty claim is made about its question bank.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
