Junk Busters puts a second question after “what should I craft?” Where will it go? The developer’s description turns scrap earned in battle into new gears, then asks you to arrange those gears inside an engine with limited space.

The developer says even the same gear can produce different combat results through its placement and combinations. The engine is therefore described as part of the build, rather than a display case for a list of upgrades. A new component has to make sense among the pieces already occupying that space.

No named interaction or engine dimensions appear in the description, so the next step is to inspect how a combination actually forms. Does moving a piece change what you hoped to craft next? That is the consequential question behind Junk Busters’ machinery: whether finding room for an upgrade becomes as interesting as obtaining it.

Sources & context

The Google Play description supports limited engine space and placement-dependent combinations. It does not show a named gear interaction, dimensions, adjacency rule or crafting cost. No particular arrangement is presented as tested.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
