Post Office: Tidy Up! makes a wrong destination survivable and still worth noticing. The official description says wrong guesses have no punishment or fail state, while the shift report records the share sorted on the first try and the distance walked. Your route can be inefficient without ending the shift.

The destination has two parts to read. Size first separates ordinary parcels on tall wall racks from oversized ones on low central islands. The label then supplies courier, country and numbered destination. The developer explicitly rules out a highlight that simply points at the required rack.

That gives improvement a concrete meaning: learn the floor and read enough before crossing it. A hand truck can move a stack together, adding a stated way to change what one trip carries without establishing its exact capacity.

The report’s time measurement does not turn into a countdown. You can take hours, according to the description, or try to cut the walking. If you enjoy getting better at a place without being failed by it, this depot supplies a useful distinction: the wrong guess is safe, but the path you took remains visible in the result.

Sources & context

The Steam description supports size/address routing, no wrong-guess punishment and the named report metrics. The report is feedback, not evidence of a penalty or leaderboard requirement. No route, sorting tolerance or trolley capacity was tested.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
