SHELTER / RAID
33 Days till Extraction
33 Days till Extraction makes night the time to leave shelter
PREVIEW · Official Steam listing · Not played · Sources checked Oct 9, 2026. Our method.

33 Days till Extraction makes daylight part of the threat. The official description says patrols force you into shelter during the day and that you emerge at night to raid and scavenge. Leaving the base has an advertised time as well as a destination.
Between runs, the base supports facilities, recruits and loadout preparation. That gives the interval between outings a stated job. You can consider who is going and what they will carry before the next trip into procedurally generated zones.
This is an Early Access preview. The developer’s dramatic “daylight means death” line is a premise, not evidence that a particular clock instantly kills the character. Nor does the title establish every rule of a simulated 33-day schedule. The concrete invitation is the shelter-and-night-expedition rhythm. If you like preparation because the next outing has a boundary, investigate how that boundary controls leaving and returning.
Sources & context
The current listing identifies Early Access. The official description supplies the day/night premise, not a tested clock, automatic daylight-death rule or exact 33-day campaign simulation. Resurrection is advertised without a complete retained-resource rule; none is invented here.

One mechanic, the decision it creates, and a little dry humor.
